Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative to join a fast-paced medical device sales environment. You will partner with surgeons and OR staff to provide products and technical support for trauma procedures while managing a designated sales territory.

The role blends consultative selling, case coverage, inventory management, and customer education. Travel about 30% with a 100% commission structure and eligible bonuses/benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of clinical healthcare or sales experience.
• Willingness to participate in on-call schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to cover designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage a designated territory to achieve sales goals and market growth.
• Provide on-site support for trauma procedures with products, instruments, implants.
• Educate surgeons and OR staff on product functionality and applications.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability for scheduled and emergent surgeries.
• Respond to customer requests and on-call needs.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
