Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field required.
• 0–2 years of experience in medical device, healthcare sales, or related customer-facing role preferred.
• Prior exposure to orthopedic or surgical environments a plus.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory up to 75%, including early mornings or extended hours to support surgical cases.

Aufgaben

• Support the Sales Manager and field representatives with daily activities, including case coverage, customer outreach, and implant and instrument logistics.
• In-OR support for trauma cases, including fracture fixation procedures using plates, screws, intramedullary nails, and external fixation systems.
• Participate in an on-call rotation covering urgent and after-hours cases, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Build strong relationships with orthopedic trauma surgeons, residents, OR staff, sterile processing teams, and supply chain partners.
• Track case activity, pipeline progress, and key metrics using CRM and internal reporting tools.

As a Trauma Sales Associate you’ll support our field sales team in growing our orthopedic trauma business, developing new accounts, and serving surgeons and staff at trauma centers and hospitals across your territory.Trauma doesn’t keep a schedule. Fractures come in at 2 a.m., on weekends, and on holidays, and our customers count on us to be there with the right implants, instruments, and expertise.
