Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years professional experience or related fields.
• Associate degree/Medical Certification with 5+ years experience.
• 8+ years of professional/related experience preferred.
• Candidates with recent military service and 3+ years experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and planning: identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop plans and selling strategies.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales goals using approved resources.
• Drive product sales for all assigned products within territory; present and demonstrate products.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide support during surgical cases and post-sale follow-up for customers.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition.
• Travel to territory as required and manage a book of business.
