Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate for the DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team in Memphis. You will support surgeons, assist in the operating room, and manage relationships with hospitals and accounts across the territory.

You’ll provide clinical product knowledge, help meet sales goals, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment availability and service excellence. This is a field-based, customer-facing role requiring travel and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of professional and/or related experience or more.
• 4+ years of professional and/or related experience or more.
• Must be willing to travel as required.
• Able to work in a hospital/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers; support product conversions with new customers.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; demonstrate and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and performing; provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and account teams to improve service levels and solutions.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure materials and services meet quality standards.
