The role requires strong product knowledge, travel readiness, and the ability to build lasting surgeon accounts while delivering value through DePuy Synthes solutions and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; related healthcare sales preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of professional/related experience required.
• Experience in medical devices or orthopaedics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding market share in territory.
• Guide surgeons in the OR with product knowledge, demonstrations, and proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring equipment availability and optimal setup.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Prepare sales reports and share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategy teams.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are current and compliant.
