Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Consultant to support the Memphis territory. You will develop surgeon and hospital relationships, drive product adoption, and deliver clinical and economic value through strategic selling.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with sales experience in medical devices, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel. You will work within DePuy Synthes portfolio across joints, trauma, and spine to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience or higher.
• Associate degree or medical certification with 5+ years of experience.
• 8+ years of related experience is acceptable for senior roles.
• Willingness to travel and work in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify surgeons and accounts within the territory.
• Develop and implement plans to grow sales and achieve quotas.
• Drive product sales and ensure proper utilization of products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital personnel.
• Provide support during surgical cases and educate customers on solutions.
