Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of related experience or equivalent
• Alternate pathway: Associate degree or Medical Certification plus at least 5 years of experience
• 8 years of related experience or military transition with 3 years
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment (from Other)

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop plans and selling strategies.
• Achieve sales goals using approved resources.
• Drive product sales across territory using product knowledge.
• Build relationships with surgeons and OR staff.
• Provide support during surgical cases and case coverage.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff through in-services and workshops.
• Manage inventory of sales equipment and materials.
• Address competitive threats and promote new products.
• Execute plans to balance product sales mix.
