Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes Orthopaedics team is seeking a Sales Associate to support surgeons in an Atlanta territory, providing clinical and product knowledge in operating room settings.

You will collaborate with account teams to drive sales, manage cases and logistics, and deliver value to healthcare systems while upholding our Credo and patient focus. Travel and strong relationship skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree or Medical Certification required.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in sales or healthcare settings.
• Experience in operating room or hospital environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales with existing customers and new conversions.
• Help achieve sales goals and market share in territory.
• Apply sales process knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge.
• Support cases, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and marketplace insights with teams to improve service.
