Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, through DePuy Synthes, is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Winston-Salem, NC territory. The role involves in-hospital support, case assistance, and building surgeon and account relationships across Greensboro, Forsyth, Guilford and Davidson counties.

The position requires OR presence, strong product knowledge, travel and a valid US driver’s license. It offers a fast-paced environment in orthopaedics with comprehensive portfolio solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + 2+ years of related experience, or 4+ years of related experience.
• Ability to travel, including weekend/overnight travel.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and customer support in hospitals and procedures.
• Assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge, demonstrations and proper utilization.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment is available and optimized.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; handle hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintenance and deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are kept presentable and meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DePuy Synthes value propositions to customers.
