Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Consultant for the Raleigh–Durham, NC territory. This field-based role focuses on building surgeon and account relationships, converting new business, and driving product adoption in trauma orthopedics.

You will lead account-specific plans, deliver product knowledge at the point of care, and provide exceptional customer care to surgeons and OR teams while meeting sales targets. A strong clinical understanding and travel willingness are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree or Medical Certification with 5+ years of related experience.
• 8+ years of related experience, or recently transitioned military with 3+ years.

Mansioni

• Prospect and qualify prospective surgeons and accounts; develop and implement plans to grow sales.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas through approved resources.
• Drive product sales for assigned products within the territory; present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of products.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff and hospital personnel to gain access and trust.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact; support surgeons and OR personnel during cases.
• Educate customers and provide timely follow-up through in-services and workshops.
• Manage sales materials and promotional items in line with company policies.
• Address competitive threats and promote new or special emphasis products.
• Implement plans to balance product sales mix within the territory.
