Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Winston-Salem, NC territory, including Greensboro and surrounding counties. This role focuses on DePuy Synthes orthopaedics products, delivering clinical and customer support in hospitals.

You will assist surgeons in the operating room, ensure equipment readiness, and help drive sales objectives while maintaining strong surgeon and account relationships. A valid US driver's license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Experience in healthcare sales preferred.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Retain and support existing customers; help reach sales goals; apply product and customer knowledge to improve outcomes.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge; present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products.
• Support surgeries; ensure equipment availability; provide OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; handle customer requests; manage hospital billing; create/close PO.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing teams; prepare sales reports.
