Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate in the Winston-Salem/Greensboro area to support DePuy Synthes orthopaedics in hospitals and surgical settings. The role focuses on clinical support, product knowledge, and building strong surgeon relationships across your territory.

You will travel within NC, support in operating rooms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals while ensuring patient care and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Associate degree or medical certification (CST, PT, etc.) with 2 years related experience is acceptable.
• Minimum of 4 years of related experience is required.
• Recently transitioned from active military duty will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding existing customers and achieving market share in the territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Attend procedures to ensure equipment is available and provide OR consultation.
• Troubleshoot requests and manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets and ensure promotional materials are current.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DPS products with unique value propositions.
