KEYS Academy is seeking a licensed Special Education teacher to provide trauma-informed, data-driven instruction to students with emotional and developmental needs in a small classroom setting in Virginia.

You will design individualized instruction aligned to IEP goals, deliver SOL-based lessons, and collaborate with families under the guidance of the School Director to promote Safety, Dignity, and Opportunity for every student.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Education and Virginia SPED license required.
• Endorsement in Emotional Disabilities or related SPED endorsement.
• Experience with IEPs, SOL alignment and data-driven instruction preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop lesson plans aligned to SOLs, IEP goals and curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet varied academic and behavioral needs.
• Embed social-emotional learning and communication development into daily lessons.
• Use data to monitor progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
• Collaborate with families and staff to support student success.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with policies.
