Job summary

Lukos LLC seeks a Social Work/Custody and Removal Coordinator in Natchez, MS to support ICE detainees and detention staff. The CRC will handle needs, complaints, and coordination of services for vulnerable populations within detention facilities and offices.

Responsibilities include intake, interpretation, and facilitating accommodations, with duties spanning medical, mental health, family reunification, and removal planning as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.
• Experience providing services to vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with needs, requests, and complaints.
• Support language interpretation for facility staff and detainees.
• Provide case management support to prevent incidents and coordinate resources.
• Coordinate housing, health, and welfare services for vulnerable individuals.
• Perform intake meetings and provide orientation to CRC services.
