Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Psychology, or an equivalent degree.
• Master’s degree or an equivalent advanced degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist detained noncitizen population with requests and complaints.
• Support ERO staff with communications and services for vulnerable individuals.
• Provide language interpretation and facilitate disability accommodations as requested.
• Develop and maintain a national resource database for CRC and ERO use.
• Meet with newly detained noncitizens to provide orientation and respond to questions.
