Job summary

Lukos seeks a Custody and Resource Coordinator to support ICE detainee operations and facility staff in a detention setting. You will handle detainee needs, assist with communications, and coordinate care related to health, trauma, and safety.

Responsibilities include intake meetings, language interpretation, disability accommodations, and facilitating release planning with ERO HQ and field offices. A strong background in victim services and crisis support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred but not required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Assist detainees with requests and complaints.
• Support ERO staff with communications and coordination.
• Provide language interpretation for facility staff and detainees.
• Facilitate disability accommodations and follow-up with detention facilities.
• Assist with release and reunification planning and resources.
