Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) seeks a Client Services Coordinator to welcome clients at our outpatient clinic. Under Clinic Manager supervision, you will greet visitors professionally, coordinate care, schedule appointments, assist with walk-in intakes, and address client concerns in a trauma-informed manner.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of front desk experience, preferably in hospital or multi-physician practice.
• WI-specific: valid driver’s license and MVR clearance; 39-month MVR check at interview.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and over the phone.
• Answer calls professionally and courteously.
• Manage high-volume client flow in a fast-paced setting.
• Create new client profiles and enter demographics into electronic health records.
