Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) in Arizona is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients and visitors, schedule appointments, assist with walk-in intakes, and ensure smooth patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Under supervision, you’ll verify insurance, enter demographics into the electronic health record, collect payments, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• 1+ years of front desk experience, preferably in a hospital or multi-physician practice.
• Hosp front desk experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in person and by phone.
• Manage high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced outpatient setting.
• Schedule appointments and assist with walk-in intakes.
• Enter demographics in electronic health records and complete documentation.
• Verify insurance and set up billing episodes; collect payments.
• Maintain lobby area and ensure confidentiality per HIPAA.
