Job summary

Community Medical Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. You will greet clients, manage patient flow, schedule appointments, assist with intakes, verify insurance, and maintain a professional environment in a trauma-informed setting.

The role supports outpatient medication-assisted treatment services and coordination with providers and counselors. The position requires a compassionate, organized team player willing to work a Monday–Friday

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year front desk experience preferred in hospital/clinic setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors in person and by phone.
• Manage high-volume patient flow in a fast-paced clinic.
• Schedule appointments and assist with intake and documentation.
• Verify insurance eligibility and set up billing in EHR.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and organized reception area.
• Assist in de-escalation of clients using trauma-informed approach.
