Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to greet clients and coordinate care within our outpatient clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will manage scheduling, walk-ins, and client inquiries with professionalism and a trauma-informed approach.

This role focuses on accurate data entry in the electronic health record, maintaining a welcoming lobby, and supporting patient throughput.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Front desk experience in healthcare preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Trauma-informed approach preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greets clients in person and by phone.
• Schedules appointments and manages walk-ins.
• Maintains patient flow in a high-volume clinic.
• Enters demographics into electronic health records.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and assists with billing.
• Coordinates intakes and payment plans.
• Ensures confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
