Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will greet clients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and a trauma-informed approach.

You’ll coordinate client care, including scheduling appointments and walk‑in intakes. We offer a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees and a consistent Mon–Fri schedule with some weekend hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• 1+ year of front desk experience in hospital or multi-physician practice preferred.
• Ability to work in outpatient setting with trauma-informed approach.

Responsibilities

• Greets and attends to clients in person and over the phone.
• Manages patient flow in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate walk-in intakes.
• Enter demographic information in electronic health record and create new client profiles.
• Schedule appointments using electronic scheduling system and document client visits.
• Maintain welcoming lobby and reception area, ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate intakes and verify insurance eligibility.
