Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and on the phone.
• Assist with walk‑in intake and scheduling.
• Manage patient flow in a high‑volume clinic.
• Verify insurance and set up billing in the EHR.
• Enter demographics and create new client profiles.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and reception area.
• Document visits accurately in the EHR.
• Provide trauma‑informed, compassionate client service.
