Job summary

Community Medical Services is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our clinic. Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, you will greet clients and visitors with professionalism, compassion, and a trauma‑informed approach.

You’ll play a key role in coordinating client care, including scheduling appointments and assisting with intakes in a fast-paced outpatient setting. The role emphasizes a trauma-informed approach, confidentiality, and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 1 year of front desk experience; hospital front desk or multi-physician practice preferred.
• Valid state driver’s license and MVR check may be required for some states.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients in person and on the phone with professionalism and compassion.
• Coordinate client flow and scheduling in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Assist with walk-in intakes and complete required documentation in the electronic health record.
• Maintain a welcoming lobby and orderly reception area.
• Assist in collecting payments and setting up financial contracts.
• Ensure confidentiality of client and staff information per HIPAA requirements.
