Job summary

Community Medical Services (CMS) seeks a Client Services Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our Tucson clinic. Under the Clinic Manager, you will greet clients, coordinate care, schedule appointments, and assist with walk-ins in a trauma-informed outpatient setting.

You'll thrive in a supportive environment while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy in EHR records, and professional service to clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ years of front desk experience, preferably at hospital front desk or multi-physician practice.
• Hospital front desk or multi-physician front desk experience preferred.
• Driver's license and MVR clearance required for TX/OH/MN/IN/WI; 39-month MVR at interview.

Responsibilities

• Greets and attends to clients in person and over the phone.
• Manages the patient flow in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Schedules appointments and walk-in intakes; assists with intake documentation.
• Verifies insurance and sets up billing episodes in EHR.
• Maintains welcoming lobby and reception area; restricts confidential information.
• Establishes patient payment plans and collects payments.
• Ensures HIPAA/42 CFR confidentiality; documents incidents as needed.
