Recovery Centers of America is seeking a receptionist who will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors and staff. You will manage admissions, respond calmly to stressful situations, and support operations in a healthcare setting that may involve intoxication or withdrawal.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, healthcare or behavioral health experience, and strong communication skills with attention to confidentiality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Healthcare, behavioral health, or SUD setting experience preferred.
• At least 1 year in receptionist/administrative roles.
• Ability to interact with individuals in distress or withdrawal.
• Strong communication and confidentiality awareness (HIPAA).

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients, visitors and staff with empathy and professionalism.
• Facilitate admissions and welcome individuals in distress.
• Administer Narcan in emergencies with training provided.
• Answer and route calls accurately and promptly.
• Support interview and appointment check-ins and directions.
• Manage mail, packages, and deliveries per procedures.
• Maintain a tidy, organized front desk and lobby area.
