Bel Aire Recovery Center is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, triage calls, and pre-registration. The role involves assessing clients, coordinating with referral sources, and ensuring timely admissions with accurate documentation in the CRM.

The position requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred) and CPR/de-escalation training. Prior healthcare admissions experience is a plus, with a focus on compassionate client interactions.

Qualifications

• CPR certification and de-escalation training required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts pre-admission assessments with client, family members, and collateral sources.
• Reviews prospective admissions against admission criteria, policies, and procedures.
• Generates and guides discussions with referral sources for client support and business development.
• Responds to needs of referred clients and coordinates with facilities for admission.
• Documents daily all activities in the CRM and maintains admissions documentation.
• Verifies insurance benefits for all private admissions and arranges transportation as needed.
