Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Medical Receptionist to provide outstanding customer service at check-in, collect payments, and support daily clinic operations. You will guide patients through intake, collect samples as needed, and maintain accurate financial records. Lived addiction experience is a plus and healthcare exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required or preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration preferred.
• Lived addiction experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients and collect payments, providing a friendly, professional experience.
• Guide new patients through intake process to ensure smooth visit flow.
• Collect urine and saliva samples for drug screens as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports; oversee patient accounts.
