Job summary

The Coordinated Entry (CE) Coordinator position at Community Action Pioneer Valley provides leadership for a trauma-informed, equity-focused CE system across Berkshire, Franklin, Hampshire Counties and the North Quabbin region. The role oversees daily operations, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Coordinated Entry, collaborating with providers, agencies, and community partners.

Qualifications

At least 4 years of experience in human services serving low-income individuals or families.
Experience in an office setting including data entry duties.
Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and equity-centered service delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate the Coordinated Entry system across multiple counties and North Quabbin region.
Monitor implementation, performance, and continuous improvement of the CE process.
Provide training and technical assistance to partners and stakeholders; ensure HUD/CoC compliance.
