Job summary

RPC’s Community Services division in Urbana, IL seeks a Coordinated Entry System Coordinator to support a critical homelessness program by assessing and referring individuals and families to resources. You will enter, maintain, and report on CES data and help CES partners through training and collaboration.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and data-management skills, with a focus on collaboration with community stakeholders and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and minimum of three years of direct client service experience.

Responsibilities

• Entering, maintaining, and reporting on CES data.
• Recruiting, training, and supporting CES partner organizations.
• Facilitating regular CES committee meetings.
• Supporting grant applications and reports.
• Developing expertise in CES aligned with HUD requirements and CSPH standards.
• Increasing CES awareness through outreach.
• Providing direct Coordinated Entry services (assessment and referral) to individuals and families.
