Community Partnership of Southeast Missouri is seeking a Coordinated Entry Specialist to serve youth up to age 24, delivering trauma-informed, community-based housing assessments and linking youth to housing resources. The role supports long-term housing stability by coordinating services and partnerships.

The position emphasizes Housing First principles, with a focus on accessibility, collaboration, and data management in HUD-compliant systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in social work, psychology, public administration or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in nonprofit social services; 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Experience working with at-risk teens; lived experience with housing instability preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow program policies to deliver housing interventions and expedite housing placement.
• Practice Housing First philosophy with low barriers to entry.
• Maintain a thriving, low-barrier access point for youth seeking housing.
• Complete comprehensive, in-person assessments as needed.
• Enter and manage data in HMIS and HUD-compliant databases.
• Prepare and submit documentation (e.g., month-end reports).
• Develop and sustain community partnerships to enhance service delivery.
• Engage in community outreach to increase program referrals.
• Participate in professional development and trainings as directed by leadership.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient, effective client service.
• Maintain open communication with supervisor regarding outcomes and questions.
• Other duties as assigned.
