Training is provided for certifications, including First Aid/CPR and Narcan, with strong pathways to case management and leadership as you grow within the program.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required.
Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain professional boundaries.
Willingness to obtain required certifications.
Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, orderly residential environment through active monitoring and rounds.
Engage residents using trauma-informed and de-escalation techniques.
Respond to conflicts, safety concerns, and crises professionally.
Screen residents and visitors while maintaining dignity and security.
Provide emergency support (First Aid/CPR, Narcan – training provided).
Support fire safety procedures, inspections, and compliance.
