Safe Horizon seeks a Training & Clinical Coaching Coordinator to design and deliver professional development for the ACS Clinical Support Program. You will coordinate training needs with CPS teams, create engaging content, and align materials with policy and evidence-based practices.

The role requires trauma-informed, culturally responsive training and will involve both in-person and virtual formats, with a strong emphasis on cross-agency collaboration and continuous program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Education, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years designing, delivering, or supporting training in human services, child welfare, or clinical settings.
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CPS team and director to identify training needs.
• Design, develop, and deliver in-person and virtual training for CPS teams and partners.
• Coordinate with ACS leadership to integrate policies and evidence-based practices into curricula.
• Maintain a regularly updated training calendar across boroughs to maximize attendance.
