Job summary

Safe Horizon is seeking a qualified clinician to join a CAC multidisciplinary team providing trauma-informed services to child victims and families. The role includes forensic interviewing support, mental health screening, and coordinated referrals to evidence-based treatments.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Social Work (or related field) with licensure preferred. Bilingual Spanish is highly preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work is required, unless near graduation.
• Clinical licensure preferred and LMHC welcomed.
• Experience with forensic interviewing or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed, client-centered services to child victims and families.
• Participate in forensic interviews, lead or observe as appropriate.
• Assess child and non-offending family members for trauma impact and service needs.
• Refer to trauma-focused mental health treatment and other services as needed.
• Contribute to case planning and review meetings; document in NCATrak timely.
• Deliver psycho-educational workshops for non-offending parents and participate in trainings.
