Project HOME is seeking a Training Coordinator to strengthen frontline teams through trauma-informed training and staff development. The role collaborates across departments to design, deliver, and evaluate practical learning solutions that improve performance and services.

The incumbent will build onboarding programs, maintain LMS and HRIS records, and partner with leadership to boost organizational learning. Hybrid schedule, with 1 remote day/week initially and growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years or more experience in administrative support, training, or coordinator roles.
• Experience designing and evaluating training or professional development programs.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health approaches.
• Experience supporting individuals in housing, health, or social services settings.
• Experience using LMS and HRIS platforms.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
