Job summary

Project HOME seeks a Training Coordinator to strengthen frontline staff through trauma-informed, behavioral health–focused training. You will design programs, support onboarding, and manage scheduling, tracking, and compliance across departments.

This role blends hands-on program development with data-driven learning improvements. The position emphasizes collaboration with the Director of Training and Organizational Learning, travel to multiple locations, and leveraging LMS/HRIS to sustain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Services, Social Work, HR, or related field.
• 4+ years in admin support, training, or coordinator role.
• Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavioral health practices.
• Experience with LMS and HRIS platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver training programs focused on trauma-informed care and behavioral health.
• Develop onboarding and job-readiness programs for frontline staff.
• Coordinate training sessions, materials, communications, attendance, and logistics.
• Maintain training calendar and ensure timely completion of required trainings.
• Monitor compliance and collaborate with leaders to address gaps.
• Supervise and support the Training Specialist for consistent delivery.
