Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs across the United States, with responsibility for high complexity projects and strategic client engagement.

You will direct planning, execution, governance, risk management, and coordination across disciplines including engineering, construction, environment, and finance to deliver transportation megaprojects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Professional certifications (PE, PMP, PgMP, CCM, or AICP) or equivalent experience preferred.
• 10+ years of program management experience with at least 4 years as Senior Program Manager.
• Experience delivering large-scale transportation/infrastructure programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans, and governance.
• Lead and mentor large project teams across locations.
