Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead highly complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs within the Transportation group. You will advise clients, plan and direct program execution, manage risks and resources, and drive performance across multiple disciplines.

You will contribute to program governance and pursue opportunities for growth while mentoring staff. The role requires extensive experience in program management, familiarity with alternative delivery methods, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in relevant field
• Licenses/certifications: PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, CCM or similar recognized by licensing board
• Ten years of program management experience with at least four years as Senior PM
• Experience leading multiple programs with large capital values
• Familiarity with DB, P3, EPC delivery models

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial and community aspects
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines
• Identify risks and issues; provide strategic guidance and problem solving
• Develop and implement program management plans, startup plans and work plans
• Direct services of large program teams and promote team alignment
• Ensure contract compliance and secure necessary resources
• Monitor QA/QC and financial performance against targets
