Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity. You will advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects, applying lessons learned and industry best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Sciences, Planning, Business Administration or closely related field.
License/certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
Ten years of program management experience, with at least four years as a Senior Program Manager and experience delivering multiple programs with high capital value.

Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity and non-technical intricacies.
Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs; apply lessons learned and best practices.
Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across various disciplines.
Identify issues and risks and provide strategic solutions and timely decisions.
Develop and implement plans and tools to drive efficiencies, accountability, and team alignment.
Direct services provided by multiple large program teams or lead a single mega-project.
Promote alignment through regular, effective communications.
Ensure contract scope delivery with proper resource allocation and QA/QC program.
