HDR, Inc. seeks a Principal Project Manager in its Transportation Leadership team to direct large, multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with significant technical complexity and capital value.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Engineering/related field with leadership experience.
• Licenses/certifications such as PE, PMP, PgMP, AICP, or CCM are required or recognized by licensing boards.
• Experience leading large, multi-program infrastructure deliveries with high capital value.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across various disciplines.
• Develop and implement program management plans and tools to drive efficiency and alignment.
• Direct services by multiple large program teams or on mega-projects.
• Promote alignment through regular communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Secure resources and manage QA/QC to meet client expectations.
• Monitor financial performance and drive profitability targets.
