Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of program management experience as deputy to PM with $200M+ capital value, or 5+ years as PM/Controls Manager for $200M+ programs, or 10+ years directing multi-disciplinary teams on $50M+ projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and ability to present to client executives and large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of infrastructure programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines.
• Identify risks and assist client with problem-solving, risk mitigation, and timely decisions.
• Develop and implement plans, processes, and tools to drive efficiencies and transparency.
• Direct HDR and subconsultant teams; ensure resource availability and QA/QC.
• Monitor financial performance and adjust to meet earnings targets.
• Support growth of HDR’s program management services and mentor staff.
• Perform other duties as needed.
