You will plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams across locations, and implement governance, risk and financial controls to meet contract requirements and earnings targets. HDR offers a collaborative, employee-owned culture in a national practice.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, construction management, planning, sciences, business administration, or related field.
• 3–10 years program/project management experience with capital programs.
• Strong leadership and cross-location team management.
• Excellent communication with client executives and large audiences.

• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community facets of programs.
• Plan, direct and monitor all aspects of program execution across disciplines.
