Job summary

HDR is seeking a Principal Project Manager in Irvine, CA to lead large, multi-disciplinary infrastructure programs with a high degree of technical complexity. You will plan, direct, and monitor all program facets, coordinating across engineering, environmental, and construction groups to ensure successful delivery.

As a senior leader, you will advise clients on technical and regulatory matters, mitigate risks, and drive governance, schedule, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• Professional certifications (PE/PMP PgMP etc.) strongly preferred.
• Ten years of program management with four years as a Senior PM on large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary infrastructure programs with high technical complexity.
• Advise clients on technical, regulatory, financial, and community aspects of programs.
• Plan, direct, and monitor all aspects of program execution across multiple disciplines.
• Identify risks and opportunities; provide strategic guidance and problem solving.
• Develop and implement program management plans and governance.
