Job summary

Werner Enterprises in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Logistics Supervisor to build and maintain strong driver relationships while coordinating loads with the Dedicated and Associate Logistics teams. You will align driver needs with customer expectations and Werner’s service goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years in fleet management or transportation, plus supervisory experience and solid IT and communications skills. Occasional travel and a focus on safety and efficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics preferred.
• 2–3 years fleet management or transportation experience preferred.
• 6–12 months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and IT/ communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships and meet driver needs (home time, payroll, equipment issues, etc.).
• Partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads.
• Align customer service expectations with Werner's service goals.
• Interface with billing, safety, payroll, and other departments to support operations.
• Maintain a full board of drivers with logistics managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular attendance.
