Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–3 years of fleet management/transportation experience preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and computer/satellite systems skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet home time, payroll, and other needs.
• Partner with managers to optimize driver loads based on origin, destination, miles, and freight.
• Understand and adhere to customer dynamics service expectations and initiatives.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and vendors.
• Work with managers to fill and maintain a full board of drivers.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Dedicated Logistics Manager.
• Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift.
