Werner Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a logistics supervisor to maintain strong driver relationships and optimize loads.

You will work across departments to meet service expectations and coordinate with dedicated and associate managers to keep a full driver board and ensure smooth operations. The role requires a degree in business, marketing, or transportation/logistics and 2–3 years fleet management experience, with supervisory exposure.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Marketing or Transportation/Logistics.
• Two to three years of fleet management or transportation experience preferred.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, proven management ability, and computer/satellite communications proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain driver relationships to meet home time, payroll, equipment needs, and other driver concerns.
• Partner with Dedicated and Associate Logistics Managers to optimize driver loads based on origin, destination, freight type, distance, and stops.
• Understand and support customer dynamics, service expectations, and Werner's value delivery.
• Interface with billing, vans, customer service, risk, safety, payroll, fuel, maintenance, and external vendors.
• Work with the Dedicated Logistics Manager or Operations Manager to maintain a full driver board.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dedicated Logistics Manager.
• Ensure timely and regular attendance per the scheduled shift.
