NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide direction across the Dedicated Fleet operation and assist the Project Manager as needed. The role focuses on maintaining driver relations, coordinating loads, and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Office and TMW. The position requires multitasking and occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.

Qualifikationen

• 2-3 years logistics/transportation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and TMW is strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask, with flexibility for extended hours.

Aufgaben

• Maintains positive relations with all drivers and internal teams.
• Communicates service issues to appropriate personnel and customers.
• Performs load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch using Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources.
• Uses TMW for daily data entry and order management tasks.
• Coordinates with invoicing to ensure timely, accurate weekly customer invoices.
• Ensures timely completion of daily and weekly tasks and reports.
• Provides weekly KPI/performance data to internal and external parties.
• Coordinates daily scheduling of truck and trailer maintenance.
• Assists Project Manager with safety, security and labor policy implementation.
• Provides coverage across departments during vacations or holidays.
