Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to direct the Dedicated Fleet operations and assist the Project Manager. The role covers load planning, scheduling, and dispatch using both Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources, with data entry in TMW and invoicing coordination to ensure timely customer invoices.

The position also emphasizes driver relations, KPI reporting, safety/compliance support, and department coverage during vacations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics/transportation experience.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Efficient multitasking with extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Coordinate daily data entry in TMW.
• Coordinate with invoicing to ensure timely customer invoices.
• Provide weekly KPI/performance reports.
• Oversee driver payroll and expense reports.
• Assist Project Manager with safety policies and coverage as needed.
• Maintain timely completion of daily/weekly tasks.
