Job summary

NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide overall direction for the Dedicated Fleet operation and support the Project Manager as needed.

The role focuses on driver relations, dispatch duties, and data entry into the TMW system while ensuring timely invoicing and compliance with safety policies. A candidate with 2–3 years in logistics and strong communication skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics and/or transportation experience.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive working relations with drivers.
• Communicate service issues to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch duties.
• Input daily data into the order-management system (TMW).
• Coordinate with invoicing team for timely and accurate weekly customer invoices.
• Produce weekly KPI and performance reports.
• Coordinate routine maintenance scheduling for trucks and trailers.
• Support safety compliance initiatives with DriveCam and HOS.
• Assist with coverage during vacations and holidays.
• Manage and audit driver payroll and expense reports.
