Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge in customer service position preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email and resolve questions promptly.
• Process and input customer orders and receipts within the Mercury Gate TMS.
• Track and trace orders using TMS and online tracking websites.
• Refer service or billing issues to designated departments for investigation.
