• Maintains inventory and coordinates freight shipments and document preparation.
• Reviews purchase orders and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Tracks and troubleshoots shipping errors.
• Performs physical inventories and cycle counts; orders materials and supplies as needed.
• Reconciles inventory discrepancies and updates the inventory system.
• May assist with improving opportunities across the site, including inventory and counting processes.
• May perform accounting support activities.
• May assist with transportation scheduling and warehouse operations.
• Ensures safety observances with PPE, guards, and safe daily practices.
